Has a provider ever shown up unannounced at your door step?

That would be freaky, borderline stalking.

I have a regular who texts when he's near me and offers me a deal if I agree to meet him "right away," but that's the closest. If he came to the door, I'd say he was trying to intimidate me into hiring him.

Ding dong, " I saw you a couple of weeks ago, would you let me in? "

And if you do, it always leads to hold w you can 'help' them.

How have you handled a situation like this?

Imagine how a provider would respond if a client showed up unannounced and uninvited. My guard would be up and I would attempt to quickly end communication without escalating the situation. There would be no repeat meetings.

This has happened to me. I received a text “hey guess what, I’m right across the street!”  And when I looked out the window there he was waving.

I chalked it up less to stalking, and more to just not respecting boundaries.
