+ friendofsheila Posted June 1 Posted June 1 I saw a picuture of Rob Lowe on the cover of AARP magazine. I was surprised his face looked more bulky thatn I thought he would. I thought, "If Rob Lowe looks likea that, I must look like a sack of potatoess! "
maninsoma Posted June 1 Posted June 1 I assume this is the cover in question? Yes, he looks older (and he is, like the rest of us), but I don't know that the basic shape of his face has changed much. thomas, pubic_assistance and MikeBiDude 2 1
Njguy2 Posted June 1 Posted June 1 https://ew.com/rob-lowe-shirtless-photo-son-john-owen-11744214 link to photo of what he looks like under the grey sweater. 61 years looks great on him. pubic_assistance 1
Luv2play Posted June 1 Posted June 1 The question is always how much are we to believe a magazine cover photo. Concerning the shirtless photo of Rob and one of his sons, the other son commented that the photo looked photoshopped. A son should know.
nate_sf Posted June 1 Posted June 1 Rob Stewart is on the cover of this month’s AARP mag. He’s 80 now …!
caliguy Posted June 1 Posted June 1 I remember when Michael J Fox was on it years ago. I was like damn. I still remember him as the kid from Family Ties. Also I always get a kick out when they make a big deal about some celebrity that's in his 40s. All these commenters amazed on how young they still look. Of course it's mostly coming from Gen Z. 40s is nothing though. Of course to them it's practically nursing homeville. 60 is the milestone age though. Even if you do everything right ain't no escaping it in the mirror. Nightowl 1

Every cover photo is professionally touched in some way or another - to what degree depends on the parties. It’s very common nowadays that celebrities will get sign off on the proof photo.
