It is these types of comments that make me disappointed to be part of CoM. I guess I should assume the two posters have dermatologically perfect skin. No blemishes. No cuts from skin cancer treatments. No moles. No discoloration anywhere. No tattoos. No skin folds. You two are perfect porcelain gods and are complimented on your appearance every time you go out in public and when you meet a provider. I am sure you GLOW. A lot of men (and I mean a lot) have skin discoloration somewhere on their body. And tattoos...tattoos are personal choices. They are like the artwork in my home....if I invite you over and ask you to comment on them....feel free..but if you are at my house and make a negative comment about anything, you will never be invited back. EVER. I wonder at times why people on here post negative comments about someone they have never met...never had the chance to talk with...never texted...never tried to reach out to. If you did any of these then I think your opinion may have credence. But to call out things you don't like about a provider from merely the ad says a lot about your prejudices and your tastes (or lack thereof). 75% of comments here are from clients that have never met the person but they comment on too beefy / too thin too dark / too light too tall / too short too many tats / not enough too hairy / too smooth too much of a partier / not enough of one Everyone has the right to select and hire the provider that meets their 'sweet spot'. But if he does not, do you have to trash or criticize him here in front of the entire board? The comments just tend to show your bias, your prejudices, and your ignorance. Meet the guys, hire them. Then provide some insight. I have never met this provider...so I have no clue as to his personality, or his demeanor, or his proclivities. I hope someone does meet him and can share. Thanks for saying this. It irks me to no end to see so many 411 threads dominated by members who’ve never actually met the escort and therefore have no experiences or other helpful info to share with the original poster, but who still comment negatively about the escort. More often than not it’s something about how the escort “ruined” his body with tattoos (I’ll never understand that particular obsession on this board), but also pointing out things that are usually blatantly obvious from the escort profile, such as he doesn’t list kissing, or it’s a red flag that he does list P-n-P or the area code on his phone number doesn’t match his location, etc. 🤦🏽 I’ll add for the OP’s benefit that this escort looks very familiar to me and I believe I may have seen a profile from him on the Seeking website. Some providers are on both sites and they often reveal a lot more about themselves on Seeking. That could provide you with some additional info about this particular escort if you can find his profile there. Good luck! BrickBuilder, BonVivant, RichArt and 3 others 1 1 2 2
+ Gar1eth Posted April 16 Posted April 16 (edited) He talks about having patches. So I'm thinking there's a good chance he has vitiligo. For me (and probably him also) being as fair as he is-there's a good chance it's not a big problem. For people with darker skin tones, it can be awful. Edited April 17 by Gar1eth + Pensant 1

Totally agree I find 411 threads very inconsistent with what I and other fellows here know on several providers that I've met . Not a good look MikeThomas 1

I just asked for information about what the discoloration could be. No judgment was stated or intended. Gman replied with the sort of information I was looking for - it's probably vitiligo. I never heard of that before, so I looked it up and see that it's not contagious. Great. Now I will consider hiring this provider. Perhaps my phrasing "what's that about" implied some sort of judgment, but I didn't mean it to. + Pensant 1

ShortCutie7 Posted April 17 Posted April 17 Tone is very important in these kinds of posts, and often inherently lost in writing- I think it is always best to give people the benefit of the doubt. For example, I don’t think that pointing out that he has brown patches of skin was intended to be judgmental, but saying “what’s that about” can easily be perceived as such. However, explaining that it is vitiligo is actually incredibly helpful information that I would be grateful to see in this sort of thread if I were considering hiring the provider at hand. Additionally, posting things like “I see his only selected interests are PNP and fisting” or “I see he has no listed health status” (not this provider, just an example) provides helpful information to those who may not notice things like that while scrolling with their dicks. pubic_assistance, jimbosf and steve10025 2 1
d.anders Posted April 17 Posted April 17 Princelink kind of reminds me of Jeremy Allen White during his early years on Shameless. 16 hours ago, AtlTopGuy said: I wonder at times why people on here post negative comments about someone they have never met. Internet forums are often another version of peanut galleries. They offer a subject so that viewers can offer a predicate. Isn't it human nature to comment on something you see? People talk about the weather all the time. Some people like rain, others hate it. Trying to control what people say or think seems to be a futile exercise, internet or not. Negativity can sometimes be a perception. Without knowing the writer or the writer's intent, words can be misinterpreted. That seems to happen a lot here. Stating facts does not automatically make the commenter negative. Princelink's tattoos do look unprofessional to me, without much artist merit. I don't find them offensive, but that's me. Gay men enjoy reacting to visuals of other gay men. This forum is often like sitting in a gay town square with a friend, and speaking out loud about what you see and feel. If you take personal criticism and thought away, what would be left? Please don't leave me with boring. I actually enjoy the diversity of thought, the differing opinions, and the varying tastes of likes and dislikes. That's a simple path of getting to know someone. steve10025, pubic_assistance, ShortCutie7 and 1 other 1 2 1

To subvert Shakespeare, A degrading comment, regardless of what direction I look at it, is still a degrading comment. The providers that put themselves on display for clients do not deserve them. The fact is "he has tattoos". It is your opinion "they look unprofessional, without much artist merit" and hence you have shared your judgement that both he and the tattoo artist are bad. Respect is a two way street. Treat these sex workers with respect and chances are you will get that in return. Some members here wonder why they get ghosted or have bad interactions with providers.....look in the mirror...that is what I do if an encounter was sub-par. Aren't providers selling sex for money? Isn't the provider's visual a part of the purchase? This is a business largely about sexual fantasy and stats. I appreciate the altruism, but I think it may be a tough sell, now more than ever. 41 minutes ago, AtlTopGuy said: "he has tattoos".
