My first was 6” natural realistic by Doc Johnson, purchased in the mid- 80’s at Drake’s (a less skeevy gay bookstore) Melrose in Weho. 
Silicone only now.
Some realistic, most w/texture.

I have both a size small and large Tantus Brand Ripple and love them both.  They are a hybrid design of dildo, buttplug and anal beads and are amazing.

Even when I'm super tight, I can take the first bulb of the size small easily and then slowly work the bulbs further and further in fucking back and forth and then switch to the larger ripple and work from small to large with it too. At full depth, the large ripple makes me feel very full.

Moving in and out, the smooth undulating bulbs feel amazing at my hole.
