Where do y'all stand on hand usage during blowjobs?

I like to start with just my mouth, going down very slowly and with little suction, then when coming up, I tongue the shaft and swirl it around the tip before going back down. It's slow and sensual.

I've got two clients who are 99% into me being a feeder.  I'm lucky (and they're skilled) in that they both can easily get me to cum using just their mouth.
