Rentmen Messages

Ran into an issue today with the chat/message feature on Rent.men.  When I click on chat notifications I get a black screen.  Tried my phone and had the same problem both were in the Safari browser.  Tried in chrome and it worked, very weird.

Anyone else have issue with not getting email notifications on rentmen chats? I don't get emailed anymore when someone messages me.

I thought the rentmen dot eu platform was being phased out. Could be it cuz messages are functioning in rent dot men on my phone.

rentmen.eu is working for me, rent.men is not.  I'm on Chrome on a laptop.

I got notifications but got the blank screen on rent.men.  on rentmen.eu, I was able to see the messages.

I get the same thing sometimes on Facebook. They tell me Safari isn't supported on Facebook.

Also get the blank screen on Rentmen. Worked the other day though.

I have messaged them about this and they are no longer supporting the rentmen.eu page, only the rent.men one. 

 

I suspect this is to FORCE people to use the new site, as I imagine most of us prefer the older version.

Hello! I currently cannot access RM Message. Other functions work well. I just cannot message anyone or check my old message. Does anyone have same problem today?

Still not able to message via rent.men on android. has anyone heard anything from the site about this? I missed getting together with a visiting provider because of it.

did you try rentmen.eu?........all providers can be found in either platform.......

Another thread stated that this could be corrected by logging out of your RM session and then clearing your browser cache.  It worked for me and I could read messages again after logging back in.
