Palm Springs Get Together.

Anyone else hoping there will be a 25th Palm Springs get together.   Oliver has done usch a great job all these years and I hope he is up to another go.  It would be understandable though very sad if this is not to be.  No pressure Oliver, just hoping to make my reservations and such.

🤞🏽 A long and lovely weekend I've cum to enjoy... fingers crossed 🤞🏽 To think I lived in Palm Springs all those years and only started attending a few years ago... had I known the quality of humanity that shows its  face,  I would've started  attending YEARS ago... I find myself breaking one of my own rules, actually Groucho Marx's philosophy of  :

Lucky, I do remember stopping by Blue Coyote in February, 2004 and meeting you, Charlie and others for the first time - about eight people - after being picked up at the airport by my friends.  I stayed with them for two weeks, after having been there for a week in October, 2003.  The next year - 2005 - I rented my first condo for January and February.  And "the rest is history"!😄

Lucky, I apologize and am embarrassed.  I went back, reviewed my records and found I did not rent my first condo until 2006!  Therefore, when I saw you at Blue Coyote it had to have been 2005, as you say.  Somewhere I lost a year.🙃

All apologies accepted! The fact is that the Palm Springs Weekend has been going on for a long time now. Yes, I started it, but @Oliver is the one who turned it into the big success it has become. Kudos!

I remember meeting you at Blue Coyote that night in 2005. Afterwards, I said to Lucky, "Who was that guy? Do you think he will come back?" I think he replied, "Maybe..."
