I think it is real. I cannot be more assertive because I have not directly talked to him, but the pornuniverse is gossiping about this.

EDIT: I mean, they are not gossiping about whether or not this is real. His return to escorting is given as a fact. The gossiping is about his motives.

As I posted on the Reno Gold ad that came out if it's fake just wait a week or so to see. If it was a fake ad Max would surely hear about it and get in contact with RM. Also I'm sure he would do a facetime verification for someone that wanted to hire him to show it's really him.

Why "other than $$$$"?  You mean like the motivations of all other escorts everywhere...where money simply doesn't come into play in deciding why to escort? Something like:

Yeah I don't know what his motive would be besides money as well. I can't even come up with any other semi plausible theory. Unless they are wondering because he should be famous enough where he doesn't have to escort. Then maybe he is living a much more glamorous lifestyle than he should or he's gotten into gambling debt. That's why too I asked about his rate. He might be asking for $1,000 an hour where then he's really only looking to escort for someone who really wants to make it worth his while.
