So I saw something interesting on a YouTube podcast describing "soaking" as a phenomenon where there is penetration between two parties but the "thrusting" is provided by a third party... see the clip below starting at 23:37.

Have you heard of, known people who practice this, or have experienced this phenomenon yourself?

I’m happy to bounce around next to someone soaking. It will be my normal rate because technically they’re not having sex, I am. Plus I’m doing all the work.

There are plenty of stories from Mormon college students floating around the internet about the practice. An acquaintance of mine taught at BYU and said as much. Fact or fiction - the jury is still out.
