jazeboy
(humiliating topic ... please be gentle) I am very new to exploring my sexuality ... have been in the closet (and therefore celibate ) all my life. Lately I have started enjoying the replacement of intimacy by getting erotic massages. I love when the masseur touches my hole ... but I do not have a smooth / "flat" / tight one ... it's kind of swollen and puffy. I am not sure if it is a hemorrhoid: it's not painful or itchy and does not bother me at all ... except I'm just wondering: is it off-putting to other guys and should I be embarrassed by it? It may be best to seek medical advice. You may want to try daily application of Preparation H with Biodyne (the Canadian version available on Amazon) and see if it helps with the puffiness. Every hole is different. None look the same, just like no two belly buttons look the same. It may be a confidence/body image thing. Something to consider. + augustus, jazeboy, Monarchy79 and 1 other 3

Becket
Get your GP to check it out if it worries you. But be assured Escorts and massage guys have seen all sorts of diverse characteristics. From belly width to penis size, we are all.....to quote the hysterically funny Lewis Black.......like snowflakes. thomas
+ Pensant
I’d see a colorectal specialist. I’ve had hemorrhoids in the past and the banding, while a bit painful, works great. They haven’t recurred. + WilliamM, + Vegas_Millennial and thomas
+ Lucky
The most surprising compliments I have received in my life were "what a pretty hole I have!" How do you respond to that?

Learning to take a compliment is an important part of becoming a man. Regardless of whether your (w)hole is pretty or not. thomas, MikeBiDude, + Vegas_Millennial and 1 other
Atyla
See a doctor and eat more fiber, drink more water. Diaper rash cream might help too.

I had a hemorrhoid that wasn’t bothering me and didn’t even notice and one of my masseurs told me about it and I was so embarrassed because when I looked I didn’t like what I saw so I can imagine him, I went to the Dr. and had it removed and they gave me a prescription and it hasn’t been back.
