World gym Palm Springs

Any fun to be had in the sauna or steam rooms? Not sure of the etiquette or whether I should just go elsewhere! Thanks

It is no longer called World Gym--the new name is Steel Gym. I haven't been there in a long time, but when I was a member, it was not like a gay bath-house, because there were plenty of straight members.

went here once or twice during past forum weekends......paid a day or week fee, I think.......most or all people are there to work out......

It is a gym. It is not a bathhouse. if you fool around in the steam room or sauna you’re going to get thrown out and probably banned.

Contrary to above comments, I have found the stream room consistently "active" the last few months, at all times of day. No one straight is back there.
