Searching on RM for BOTTOM escorts who are into GROUPS literally yields hundreds if I search in "all locations".   It probably wouldn't be useful if all the guys we suggest aren't anywhere near you.

If I search with those terms in Chicago I get almost 20.  LA yields almost 60.  I'm sure there are plenty who would be into a group scene in your area if you ask.  Maybe you could do that search in your area and ask about the guys who fit that search who strike your interest?
