I think Viktor is no longer in Paris. He currently is based in Hamburg. Today however he just got a very poor review. If you read the comments you would hesitate to hire him based on what is said. Still ymmv.

Interesting.  It looks like the recent reviewer who gave the one-star, has never written another review before.  I don’t tend to put much stock into those.  I’m more concerned about the fact that Viktor’s been on the site since 2018 but only has six reviews — that is usually a red flag for me.
