There's no need for that apostrophe in a street address because no numbers have been omitted (as in '72 replacing 1972 in dates). 

I'm pretty sure that's part of the 7 in the font used, not an apostrophe.

despite wearing my new stronger reading glasses, I still had to pull out the trusty magnifying glass to confirm that.......I also thought it was an apostrophe that had crept in there somewhere in the thread......good eyes, Mike!

Yes, I agree. The "2" also has something serif-like attached to the front. Strange font!

I think the ChatGPT font-style that ThroatCummer pasted the quote into auto-added the "serif" in the 7......

For Shatner's slow and deliberate way of speaking, they would be ellipses (or even periods) rather than commas! 😎
