That Cream Men’s Spa is VERY expensive relative to all the other options in Tokyo. Kinda sus. $260 USD is like 39000 yen. Price in USD so obviously catering to foreigners, but I can’t see how that’s worth it. Maybe if you really want your hand held through the booking process but as discussed most of the other options that accept foreigners will have an English speaking manager/coordinator to work with.
 

Red line shibuya which is a similar escort/massage type experience is 13000 yen for an hour and 29000 yen for overnight.

I was able to secure a booking with Kento for an outcall in my hotel next week from Namwa 😋. Looking forward to it.  The process is very efficient - so big thumbs up.  They even prep you on what items to have: soap, 2x bath towels - does that mean a shower?  And is that done together before the session or after?  Any info would be much appreciated 👍

There is also an option for BJ (3000 y).  I added that in my cart, cuz, YOLO 🤷🏽‍♂️

For Namwa, I went with a safe choice with Shogo to start because he is listed as an english speaker and had a really good first experience and it was easy to communicate. 
I also tried out Jio if you want someone tall and to tower over you ;). Also a really good experience and worthy of the gold star status. Both were incalls so I wish I tried an outcall or the BJ to staff option. I added the testical stretch option and it was just okay, i wouldn't really recommend that for the price and would stick with the energy up or body reset. 

Utagane was a pretty good recommendation too, would recommend Fudo at "Protect Body" if you venture out to Osaka. 

Redline was my least favorite, 5 minutes of massage and then it was just an escorty experience as mentioned previously. Would have preferred more of the fantasy element and the build up, tbh.

Didn't get a chance to try out i-Land as a comparison, so maybe next time.

I was initially drawn to red line but based on your input, glad I went with Nanwa.  My first choice was Daiya but he was not available - next time 😋

I did 120 minutes. Figured I might not be back in Japan for a long while so I would splurge especially with the no tipping culture and the currency exchange rate being so favorable right now. It was slightly longer was with the testicular stretch add-on, did a 100 min plus the 40 minute add on just to see what it was like, but it didn't feel very sensual to me.

Do upgrade to energy up or body reset!! I had tried both and they are both very very enjoyable. I imagine the regular massage is just a HJ at the end and you can do anywhere else.

Ahhhh, yes! My first choice would be Daiya too. He was only available on Sunday the week I was there, but I had to leave for Osaka.  

If you don't mind, can you PM me details about your experience with Kento? My fomo/regret was not trying out the outcall or the BJ to staff options. With the incall, there usually was another room in the place and another masseur with a client in the other room so I don't know if that affects their behavior. If you do an in-call though, they have an annual Namwa magazine you can pick up and it showcases some of the other masseurs with their face pic in case you go for a second round with them.

Well thanks to this group I think I am going to pull the trigger on Namwa next time I head over there -- leaning in a Daiya/Kotaro direction, I guess we'll see how their schedules and mine line up.

Sounds like the upgrade from "relaxation oil" to "body reset" or "energy up" is recommended... votes on adding on a testicle stretch and/or dry head rub?

Any of those with experience doing the incall -- was there anything you noticed about the booking process or showing up for your appointment that was unexpected or unintuitive? Things to look out for throughout the process?

That really depends on which airport, what time of day, and how you plan to travel. 

I would say at best Haneda Airport is about 45 min to an hour away and Narita is an hour and a half away. That’s AFTER you leave the airport. I haven’t found the Tokyo Airports to be particularly fast or efficient. If you’re planning on picking up luggage and catching a Taxi, I’d say you’re not gonna make it. That’s especially true if you’re not familiar with the Tokyo Airports / Systems.

agree with nycman.  I highly doubt you’ll make it in time.  From Narita, no way. Haneda maybe.  But why the rush?  Push I back an hour or so?

This is absolutely true. A train might get you in faster (traffic into Tokyo can come to a near complete halt), but it's still not enough time.

I just browsed the website of Redline. Wow, it’s only $100/90 min and there’s no tipping in Japan (can someone who’s visited confirm that?) plus there’s a ¥2000 for all inclusive service. What does that mean? TIA

While it's true that tipping basically doesn't exist in Japan, my experience with Redline was an exception to that rule. The guy I had at Redline had lived overseas and had definitely picked up some more "western philosophies" like pushing for tips, giving the sad story of talking about all of his bills, etc. I think I gave him an extra ¥2000 or so and said "sorry, that's all I have on me." I did not have this experience with other providers.

I would recommend that you book a massage later in the evening. You get one change in appointment time if done at least 3 hours prior to the appointment. They are open until midnight, I believe and it's better than stressing out about making the massage in time. If you land at 5:15pm and are doing an incall, maybe schedule a massage for 9pm or later because if it's your first time going there, it'll also take you some time to figure out how to get to their place of business. If you're doing an outcall to your hotel, then maybe you can book for a bit earlier I guess.

passport control lines at both Tokyo airports can easily be 90 minutes or more.  Japanese authorities are thorough and lots of people do not have their paperwork in order, adding to the wait time & confusion. 
Hotel check-in also seems to take much longer than usual, which was totally unexpected at large American brand luxury hotels.  The hotel sector is still recovering from Covid shutdowns with properties & staff still struggling a bit to deliver high level of service.

I tried to schedule a provider in Osaka - no such thing as a timely call-back and if they eventually did call back, they were all booked for same day and next day. Planning ahead is essential and a lot of patience.  I gave up - too much hassle.  

Japan overall is amazing & I’d go back in a second.
