I think the issue is that any old RM links that used to be formatted with "app" in the URL -- https://app.rent.men/Marco_XL in this case -- now reroute to the main RM home page instead of the profile is meant to direct you to.

When you see one like this, delete the "app." portion of the URL and it will still load correctly if it is still an active profile.
