True statement I've not seen a massage table set up that way just BDSM play space and really haven't seen one of those in the wild.  When I first came out I heard about a place in L.A. that advertised that was all they did.  Was very intriguing not sure what happened to it, was early 90s.  And technically "milking" is non stop stimulation to cause multiple orgasms in a row without recovering.  A very BDSM experience that often involves a Venus masturbation machine for the continuous suction.

I’ve never seem one in use or even available for sale.  You may be chasing a unicorn.  As @pubic_assistance said - it is likely a BDSM table and not a massage table.

I am so down. Y’all already know I do BDSM stuff. This is definitely not my first rodeo combing massage with the other side of my biz. I will entertain offers! Could always use another table to lend out to visiting masseurs.

There are so many ways to milk. Sitting, standing, lying, bound, table, chair, pole, St. Andrew’s cross, suspended, machines, manual stimulation, etc. Some of these require less space or equipment, while others more. The dedicated table is on the “more” end.

A massage table dedicated to milking with the special hole is so incredibly specific regarding how and in what position you milk, that it’s downright impractical. Think about it. Unless you’re frequently doing this on a table for men in a prone position (never supine), it makes little sense. Few people have the storage space to stow it, and the extra space to set it up.

The vanilla client will at best be weirded out, perhaps confused, and at worst turned off seeing it thinking you don’t take your massage job seriously, that it’s purely just a sex thing.

So yeah, few people would have one of these unless they are using it for a hyper specific scene and prefer to do that same scene frequently.

Those of us who milk use more conventional, if not more flexible methods to save on space and keep it fresh not always milking in exactly the same way, in the same position, with the same equipment. But the milking table is certainly fun!

I think of a milking table more as a film prop.

Couple things...  lol

There used to be a guy on Twitter with this setup.  He'd be under the table--there was draping around the edges to keep it like a lying gloryhole, with a mask on, and making a vid of the anonymous "member" dangling through the hole, and his hands and masked face in action.  He'd have the cutest smile when he'd turn to the camera, with his black mask covered in "milk".  Oh!  And he wore small swim goggles, to protect his eyes while he watched it shooting right at him.  LOL!!!  It was awesome, but I've forgotten his name (something along the lines of "bull milker").  He may also have left the platform, and be why I haven't seen him in a while.
