Ha, I guess it depends on which porn you watch. I really just mean a regular massage setup with a table that has an extra hole in the groin area. True statement I've not seen a massage table set up that way just BDSM play space and really haven't seen one of those in the wild. When I first came out I heard about a place in L.A. that advertised that was all they did. Was very intriguing not sure what happened to it, was early 90s. And technically "milking" is non stop stimulation to cause multiple orgasms in a row without recovering.
