Only fans limiting performer escorts

This is only my opinion, but it seems only fans has really cut back on the number of adult film stars who are escorts.  It used to be I'd constantly run across notable performers who escorted...now they are all making 10x the money producing model generated content.  Has anyone else noticed this?

I doubt Only Fans is actively cutting back on said accounts, but I have no trouble believing that a lot of guys would rather just sell content online than meet with clients in person.

I mean, no kidding, right?  I can't count the number of times I've been complimented by an escort regarding my politeness in interactions, and to me it's literally automatic - then I hear some hair-raising tales of the way *some* clients treat these guys.  If I was them, and the funds could be earned that way, that's where I'd stay for sure.  

Fortunately for us, there's still some who enjoy working with us.

I think it has. I don't seem to notice as many porn stars on rentmen anymore.

It’s definitely cut down on the number of porn providers.  I used to work with a pretty well known performer in porn and we’ve kept in touch as friends and he said most porn performers would prefer creating content vs escorting. Some performers have heavily raised their rates , requiring deposits, etc. and prefer high end big money meetings.  He also said a lot of performers use RentMen for the most part to market themselves and as a platform to connect with other porn content providers to collaborate.  “Available for videos” has a stronger meaning. 
Honestly, I’d do the same if it provided a decent income.  I, too, have been told that alot of escorts get frustrated with rude clients, ongoing messages that lead to no actual sessions - bookings and constant criticism of their rates.

I do both. I see clients (mainly for sensual massage) and I do justforfans movies. 

I’d say I prefer seeing clients (because I like the interaction and I value seeing my regular clients) but it’s actually easier to do videos for justforfans. The most challenging thing with that is lining up guys to collaborate with. 

Once you have a good bank of content then you start to earn passive income from the catalogue of movies on your site. Of course you still need to film new content all the time but if you do a few filming sessions in a day that’s about a months content, then you can basically take the month off and earn from the regular subscribers to your fans site.

However you do need to first build up a good quantity of films and of course you need decent films to win new subscribers. The top models on Onlyfans and justforFans do very well out of it. I can understand why they’d prefer it to seeing clients.

I have heard horror stories about the bad interactions between “content creators”. So bad behavior and rudeness are not limited to clients. Most content creators make limited amounts of money from subscriptions and the successful ones are rare and potentially not sustenable in the long term. So this premise that escorts quit escorting to be content creators in droves is not based on reality.
