Calories? Now that brings a chuckle to me. I usually hear the question of how many calories there are in cum. To answer your question though, my knowledge on the subject is that the experienced pisser usually cleans out the plumbing by drinking lots of water earlier in the day and continues to drink water for the next few hours to prepare for the activity itself.
