Dear Stupid, Can you please elaborate on your statement? What type of hepatitis are you referring to, A, B, or C? Probably B, since that is the one associated with bodily fluids (other than C which is associated with blood and blood products). There is a vaccine for A and B hepatitis that will protect you from acquiring these types of the disease and gay men should of course take this vaccine if they are sexually active.

 

As a more general point, there is no such thing as "safe" sex, only "safer" sex and all of us should do what is required to keep it safer for all concerned.
