I would guess that an escort likely to rim a client would reserve that option until he saw the client in the flesh and had examined the goods (ahem) at close hand. I don't think this is something that he would guarantee in advance, particularly with a first-time client.

 

I also tend to think that the escort would be more of a bottom or versatile in orientation, and more likely to be gay rather than bi or gay-for-pay. I don't ask escorts to rim me as I prefer to do that to them. It is certainly something I ask about before making an appointment, along with w/s. Since I have always wanted this, here's how I broach it:

 

I go down my list of stuff I want to do, or do to him, including:
