One of the things I truly enjoy about this hobby are those (usually unexpected) moments when I vividly recall something about an encounter with a gent...

And then today I happened to stumble across a trailer for a porn video featuring not one but two of my past hires -- both looking quite good -- in a scene together!

The kicker? Each of these gents stand out in my memory as being among my all-time WORST hiring experiences. And there they are, perhaps appropriately, together at last...

Ha! If they had showed up with cameramen, @Kevin Slater, that might have been better -- at least it would have suggested they had some investment in creating a good scene...

But, in answer to your question, @StLouisOct: both were somehow disengaged and too aggressive -- which is to say, they were not really attending to me or my response (I can enjoy someone being aggressive if it's rooted in a connection of some kind) but they seemed to be just running through the motions... One even seemed to have some kind of routine coordinated with his playlist (which I know can be a way of keeping to time) but got annoyed when I indicated I didn't want to go where he was heading. This playlist-routine guy -- who was the worse of the two -- also had a kinda nasty apartment and really boring porn playing on a tiny tv.

Just basic, tedious boilerplate stuff... (I've been very fortunate that none of my hires have ever gone really sour or have gotten at all dangerous.)

FUN FACT: both of these gents were (and remain) well-reviewed, both within this community and on the hiring platforms.

can really make you wonder what was I thinking (or with what).  The couple times it's happened, my insecurities kicked in, and I felt worse afterword than when I arrived.

I’m not surprised. My ‘worst’ experience was with an escort who had (and has) stellar reviews. He cancelled at the last minute, after I’d checked into an hotel for an overnight date. He begged for a ‘second chance’ so a month later I fixed another overnight hotel-date, and he was a no-show.

Some years back I realized I started categorizing my memories with escorts like it was an award show. LOL! You know, like: worse experience; best kisser; best overall experience; hottest sex; etc.

My newest category is, "best statement during or after sex." A guy I hired recently told me after coitus that he, "wished more clients were like me." He went on to explain his reasonings behind that statement. Which shown a very positive light on how I treat escorts (people in general) and kind of made me feel sad because of the weirdness/negative escorts encounter sometimes.
