I beg your pardon. I first became aware of a Russian mafia presence in the U.S. in the mid-90s. I was visiting a friend in L.A., and he took me to a Restaurant in an area he described as controlled by the Russian mafia.

I can only speak for Dimitryy, but he is total first class in my book!!  I’ve been more specific on other threads having his name, so I won’t repeat here, but he’s “as good as it gets” as far as I’m concerned!
