Do you charge couples double?

So my husband and I hire together because we play together. With some guys it's just their hourly rate; for others it's 1.5 times their hourly (this feels correct to me); and for others it's double. Double feels like too much because it's like like the escort is doing double work.

I'm curious where the providers on here stand on that and if you're charging double is it just because it's two people?

I saw a couple recently. They came together but watched each other with me. So it was like a sequential session and I charged my normal rate based on two separate sessions. I did wonder if they would definitely just watch or join in but no, they just watched each other with me. An interesting dynamic.

As I do massage mainly then it’s virtually impossible for me to massage two guys at once. I’ve done tandems (2 tables, a masseur on each one) and the rate for that is same as single massage (time based).

If it’s an escort booking then I’ve never been hired by a couple but the rate would be by normal hourly escort rate plus 50%. That said, I am sometimes hired by couples who want the wife to be massaged etc while the husband watches. The rate for those sessions depends on what they want because it’s usually bespoke. Female clients are much more work than male.

But why do I read everywhere that these professionals are strictly paid for their time only?  ;)

My hourly fee structure includes both quantatative and qualitative factors.

I have a set fee for pushing you around the block in a wheel barrow. Are you surprised that I have a higher fee for pushing you and your spouse around the same block in the same wheel barrow?

There’s a legitimate reason for it where prostitution is illegal. It’s a loophole…. “I’m not selling sex, I’m selling my time”. What happens during that time is not the product and is done voluntarily without cost (hence no menu pricing). Therefore it’s not prostitution.

Fortunately where I work it’s legal, so menu pricing is fine. Having said that I find too much menu is a distraction and annoying. The main thing I charge extra for is to bottom because of the preparation. Otherwise it’s all included. Who wants to have an exchange like this during a session? “May I rim you?” “Yes, it’s £20, just slide your credit card between the cheeks of my ass and eat away”. Not ideal (although I do wish my card reader was an ass shape 🙂).

in my experience of threesomes, both with providers and with other guys, a single person is not doing all the work. That's why the doubling of the price seems off to me.

I know some providers who charge $200 first hour/$150 second. Again, that makes sense to me because it's a discount for more time when the provider has already prepared for the date and traveled.

In our case, we're less likely to rehire someone who charges double - the exceptions being for massage as @Jamie21 pointed out because it is actually twice the work.

I feel like the normal rate plus 20% -30% would be normal. I think it’s best always to discuss with the provider what page you’re both on to meet in the middle.

If it’s a ‘non standard’ request, as in they want a bespoke session, then yes fine ask for what you want and get the provider to quote you. But I don’t discount or negotiate my rates and all the other providers I know have the same policy. I get clients come back and say “any special rates for students?” or “it’s my birthday…any discount?” or the best one is “I’m really hot so can I get a better price?” the answer is always the same “no, this is the price”. Got to admire the cheek though!

I charge one single amount according to my rate schedule whether one Client is involved or two… or three… or four… I mean it only makes sense and is fair~ I would not be charging extra if the Client brought in another Escort or two or three or four~
If the situation is where I’m in session with one Client and then go off afterwords directly to play with the second separately, those are separate sessions and therefore separate charges~

When people ask for discounts like that, I find it disrespectful… not just to me but, to my regular Clients who pay according to my rate schedule~ I also do not offer discounts or special rates for sessions up to 3 days in length. Appointments for one, two, three weeks, one month or two months have a completely different fee structure~

Regardless, I keep things fair and equal among all clients… Giving special rates to certain people means you are ripping off others who pay you in good faith~ I prefer to provide extra time for my regular steady Clients~ Some Clients I have known for many years and out of respect for their loyalty, I offer first picks of scheduling and have been known to gift something like a concert, theater performance, dinner or short excursion~ Those are exceptions in that a relationship has been developed over the course of many years~ I gift outside of appointment times~ Appointments remain usual to my rate schedule during appointments.

The cafeteria plan is in poor taste~
