If you can’t even get back to a potential client in a reasonable amount of time, you’re not worth the effort as far as I’m concerned. Not a good first impression, I will grant you, but not what I would call a bad experience. On a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the worst kind, hair raising, fear for my life bad experience - inability to establish communications with a companion is pretty much a 0 in my book.
