What would make you a disgruntled client?

Aside – I’ve always really understood “available now“ as they were literally on the site right then. I think that “now“ is a relative term. I could want to eat lunch right now, or I might not be in the position to hire right now…Both of those mean two different things.

It does not mean they are literally on the site actively looking.

Setting up a meeting with a provider, a well known one that is very active on these forums, in advance. Texting with them and getting everything set up. Everything seemed fine! Then when it was time for him to show up, nothing. I gave it 20 min, texted him, no response. 30 min, no response. I call him out openly here in the forums and he says he “doesn’t save texts on his phone” and that he ”forgot”. Fortunately i save texts on my phone and was able to show him the ones he said he had deleted. So what about the texts that he was getting from me when he was late? Sorry, it’s bullshit.

That seems an odd reaction to me. If you hired for an hour, and he gave you a notice with 5 minutes left, that, to me, is a good thing. It gives you the opportunity to focus on how to spend the last 5 minutes rather than running out of your time without notice.

To be fair, I think this depends on context.

Were they lying together talking about all the fun they just had? I’m guessing not.

if I was in the throws of passion yelling, more, more, more and suddenly heard, please deposit 25 cents for another minute, I might shoot the bastard. ?

While I understand that this is a time-based activity, wise entrepreneurs would be less interested in making a few extra bucks one time and more interested in repeat business which pays dividends over time. I’m not suggesting he should throw in another hour for free, but it’s crazy and stupid to shut someone down like that.

I get that, but the "time" thing cuts both ways. How many posts on here complain that the sex was done and the provider left early. Clients want the full time they pay for. The provider wants to be paid for his time and not comp time after the paid time has run.

Really?

Absolutely. Imagine it from the other perspective. Your done in 50 minutes and the provider gets ready to leave. Many clients would be upset because they paid for 60 minutes and they want the provider to stay the full time. Wanting the escort to stay extra time without paying for it because the mood is right is the flip side of that.

it’s called customer service. An escort can act this way, but it’s foolish to think that it won’t hurt their business. I guarantee you they have competition that knows better.

I worked with someone who used to manage a Lane Bryant store. It was Lane Bryant's policy to accept all customer returns in the name of customer service. Every year, there were a handful of customers who bought and wore entire wardrobes, including undergarments, and then returned them at the end of the season for a refund. It drove my colleague crazy, but he worked for a corporation and it was corporate policy. Escorts/providers work for themselves and set their own terms. I, for one, would never expect extras when I shop, even though you could call that customer service on the same logic. I respect the providers time, as I expect him to respect mine.

If you had only booked an hour, I think the provider was justified in telling you time was about up. Didn’t you experience this in other activities in your life?

Some people need to be reminded that escorts are also (imperfect) human beings.

They deserve to be treated with respect and decency despite wrongdoing.

The way clients treat service providers speaks more about themselves than the providers.

If we agree to 60 minutes and you want to keep it to that, fine. If we agree to 60 minutes and you stay over, that’s fine too. I will likely tip. If we agree to 60 minutes, we’re “done” in 50 minutes, and I say you don’t have to stay, that’s fine. If we agree to 60 minutes, we’re “done” in 50 minutes, and you start talking about leaving, that’s not fine.

If prep time and cleanup time are part of comp time, what’s left in an hour session?

Not looking like your pics!

Some people might stand for that shit but I’m calling it out and sending you on your merry way. My time is more valuable than the 10 years you’ve aged and the 15 pounds you’ve gained.

Your explanation is logical and understandable.

However, what do you do if the dishonest "provider" wants to fight you if you refuse to give him money for no performance that he believed he would get by deceiving you?

Is it worth being harmed or getting into a fight over a few hundred dollars?

Hiring is often the "luck of the draw" with an escort.

Most of the time the encounter works out but occasionally, the escort lies about his attributes and looks.

That cuts both ways. I hate being made to feel like because I’m a client I don’t expect to fairly compensate or that I want to waste someone’s time. The assumption that every potential client is a time waster makes me really hesitant to reach out to any potential new talent because if I’m not immediately ready to book, I’m a time waster. In my line of work, when considering someone to do work for us, we talk to contractors and see if they can do it. We also get bids. That’s not billed. Nor is it considered inappropriate or a waste of time. It’s part of doing business as a self-employed person.

i think that example is out of balance with what we are discussing here, and I would also reject that policy; however, I can tell you why it existed.

They theorized that the good name they received from allowing the returns would generate far more business and profit than they lost from the idiotic returns. Business people see things through a different lens. Being short-sited and only counting the profit of the moment always works against you in long-term profits.

likewise, the escort that is generous will be far more profitable. Like it or not, it is what it is.

I would say they don't realize they are business people.

They are in business, but I don't think any of them have a MBA from Stanford.

To start, why can't most return a text message in a reasonable amount of time. Let alone return the text ever.

OMG I met him while he was out here in LA. He fucks like there is no tomorrow. His tool is legit.

I've had that happen with a very well known provider on here as well years ago. Very aloof when "travelling" in my area. First time was unbelievable! A few years later a second session was set up. The escort remembered every detail of the first session. The second session was good. A third session was requested by the provider about a year later in my area. Said he was showering so give him a few minutes coming to the room. I didnt see anything that resembled a showered person. The session went so down hill from there I almost walked out.

These are people. Many times when the stars and the moon align we are better off with the remembrance of the time spent together than getting together again and not being able to recreate anything close to that star studded night.
