Ad includes “#sober” and “#pnp”.

Interesting combo.

Sober could refer just to drinking, while PNP to me tends to mean drugs, not drink.

It could also mean that he's open to others who want to PNP.

But, I'm not trying to excuse him from anything, just theorizing.

Sometimes people just prefer living with someone instead of living alone, nothing to do with money. It’s the love language called “Gift of presence”

Lol victor! Isn’t being independent, apartment to oneself especially for the professional boys here make more sense? Also how can you guarantee that the apartment is your ideal mate who will not care strangers coming in any time, using restrooms or bath? It seems you are ivyhung PR manager/ pimp or himself!

There is such thing as an open relationship, there are such things as big apartments, big houses, apartments with 2-3 bedrooms+, people who don’t care about clients, people who can get him an apt in their same building, etc. I’d live with him in a heartbeat but I’m in a 1 bedroom stuck on a lease for 9 more months lol. From a spacious 2 bedroom or bigger I wouldn’t mind clients at all, I’m not jealous, and there are layouts with the bedroom and bathroom right by the front door. People can be an escort/therapist and still choose to live with someone special instead of living alone, and there are people who pay beautifully for a live-in ? I just completely understand, it’s actually easy to understand. Regarding compatibility I’m sure he can select whoever he thinks is a better match from the candidates who reach out

Hopefully someone substance-tolerant, giving the mention of PNP in his RM ad. I'm assuming he'd be looking to be able to host.

I've met him. He isn't a user. He's very health conscious. Kefir as milk, berries and nuts, etc. I obviously don't know if he does other stuff, but mu impression is he's super careful about what he puts into his body. And it's a fine body. He was a lot of fun.

I don't doubt what you are saying, but including PNP in his preferences at least means he's open to clients using. If he's hosting, that means his roomie would need to be cool with people using in the place as well.

I'm probably a bit of a tightass (?) here, having had some rather negative roomie experiences.
