For me as well it is Peter Hung....I think the first time I saw him was maybe 12 years ago (maybe longer) and I've seen him several times since...soon to see him later this month and I can't wait. There are many working guys that brought me great joy, but I've seen most multiple times. If I'm keeping to the OP's stipulation, I'd have to say Jay Austin.
