I have the same routine..fate favors the prepared. I use an un-scented soap and skip deodorant, breath mints - check. Heck, I make sure the engine compartment of the car is clean before I take it to my mechanic. Good luck, have fun and relax. I started using Future Method to douche. It's gentler than saline and tap. I actually feel "cleaner."
