Let's be honest very few on here are searching for "just a massage".

Many are hoping for some Extras, and a conscientious client with a clean arse is going to get noticed and appreciated.

Spot on and have had some of my best ”surprise “ sex in a massage session! Always seems like really great sex when it is not guaranteed but happens anyway - and of course you therefore need to fully prepared for all options ?

I concur with the original post, I do the full clean just in case. Plus, regardless of how much fun may or may not happen, it feels good to be cleaned inside and out.
