< we also had the company of a certain young escort

Jason. :9

He retired from escorting after Xmas 2003, went to school and we gradually lost track of each other. He used escorting for its best purpose - as a bridge to a better place. }(

But, you may have noticed my comments about my current situation. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not living a dream. :p :P :p

Westlake Village, to be exact. And yes, it was great fun!

To date, we've yet to suffer a flood, hurricane, earthquake, landslide, or blackout. So I guess it really is safe to have you visit. :p

West Lake Village - isn't that in the north west valley near Agoura Hills? If so, FUCKIN AWESOME steak restaurant there - the name escapes me now - DAMN. x(

I had my very first escort hire there - looooong story. Unfortunately very short version. x( x(

See review of Jack London, then advertised as 23, but revealed he was 31 and now is approaching 35 but advertises as ... umm .. something younger. ;-) Maybe someone should alert Dave? :*

It's further out than the north west valley. It's in the valley beyond THE valley. You have to go up and over a ridge to get here.

Yeah, next to Agoura Hills, but Agoura is in LA county. Westlake Village (not to be confused with LA's West Lake district) is in Ventura county. Taxes are lower.

Several. And a new one just opened a few weeks ago.

Californians talk a good game about "being healthy" and have gym memberships, but steak houses still thrive. ;-)

Steak as such is not unhealthy - lots of protein which we need. It's the accoutrements that make it deadly - such as smearing it in garlic butter, or the sour cream on the baked potato and the blue cheese dressing on the starter salad.

Christ am I ever hungry now.

Or if you go to Morton's and order their $50 model with the sauce Bernaise. You're lucky if you can get out the door without a heart attack.

My first encounter with Hoovilleans was at a dinner in NYC organized by TotallyOz in 2003, where I met Cash4trash and several frequent posters who have since moved on, like TampaYankee and marcantony. Then, when I moved to Palm Springs, I was privately contacted by Lucky, who was about to move here, too, as well as latlrnr, who posted only a few times, but who was moving here at the same time; the three of us have since become good friends. I met a number of other Hoovilleans when Lucky started organizing the yearly Palm Springs Hooville get-togethers. Last year I discovered that Lankypeters was someone I had worked with more than 35 years ago! And, of course, there are the escorts whom I have met through this site, both socially and more intimately.

As Lucky said, our handles here are artificial constructs that don't necessarily match our complete personalities; e.g, on here he sometimes seems quite abrasive, whereas in person he is charming and lovable (tee!hee!hee!). And absolutely no Hoovillean I have met has looked like my mental image of him based on his posts.

I was invited to a Hooville party in palm Springs and met Jack Hammer and Oliver and had a great time there and really enjoyed meeting them and have met and or written to them on occcassions after. I believe Lucky and bigguypasadina was there also. Was good to see some of the other working bois as well. I generally don't get much exposure to my fellow mates. Sometimes we are called to work together but it's rather fun and interesting to see them outside of the workplace and hang just chatting about whatever. I support it 100%

BTW...

Hi Jack Hammer and Oliver!
