just the face.  it's a version of him from a few years ago.  where the face is clearly visible, there are only two or three versions of his face regardless of the pose/setting.  the mouth and eyebrow alignment, and shading give it away when compared.    he admitted to photoshopping on his instagram feed ("selling a fantasy," then took the post down). https://www.instagram.com/williamroepstorff/ don't know why, he's a damn good looking guy in person. older than his photos but still sexy.
