Hey guys, if you are dancing at a club but also have an escort add, what is the etiquette around -say- asking if you want to step out for an hour or two? It seems like many of the guys at Adonis for example do both. Will you get in trouble if you skip out for a bit? Is it sketchy to ask?

Thanks!

At least in my case can't leave in the middle of the shift but after the shift is done can meet.

Well considering Adonis lounge is a strip club, not a brothel, it’d be best to contact him via regular means. I don’t anticipate someone is going to walk out mid shift to service you. Why not before or after?

Good point and I agree with you.

As you have already noticed on here there are guys who enjoy the "hunt" of going to a gym, supermarket, Home Depot, etc. and hitting on guys who are not available for every body. Someone even posted about his fantasy of the handyman or "bracero" seduced by him for $50 bill.

I saw my share of guys from the clubs. Usually I'd hire them for a private dance in the club, and if that went well, I'd ask them if they ever saw clients outside the club. Honestly never even occurred to me to ask them if they wanted to leave with me right then, even on a slow night.

Well...I know the OP didn’t specify, but I would also assume (especially in New York) it would be a safety and liability risk for a dancer to just up and leave and go with a stranger. Just watching a few episodes of Forensic Files will tell you that lol.

I don’t know a whole bunch about the dancing/go-go circuit, but off topic a bit: I’ve never gotten into it. I know friends and even a hookup buddy of mine who got into the Dallas dance scene: Zippers, and another one I can’t quite remember.

I do know that, not all go-go dancers are escorts. I’ve known a few here and there, and there are some who are almost anti-sex work. So...it may be in best interest to gauge.

Personally: I have respect for male dancers, but I had an experience in Orlando where I befriended a guy who was obsessed with male dancers. He would spend his whole night trying to get with them, tipping them, feeling up on them...instead of just meeting regular people who were already at the club. I try to avoid strip bars when I can.

I think it’s sleazy to go after a dancer with the intentions of taking them home. If I tip a dancer, it’s with no expectations. It also cheats a person out of possibly meeting someone who isn’t working. Some people get hooked on chasing strippers, but they could be missing out on receptive patrons of the club. On the other hand, if the dancer offers private sessions or whatever, that’s different.

Like I said, based on my experiences with go go dancer friends, it’s not the same type of sex work. And remember: they are getting paid to not do much but have confidence to dance on a stage in front of strangers. Therefore, actual sex is going to likely be something different. In quote:

After paying $350 for a private dance at a gentlemen’s club, a Montana man called police to complain that the stripper did not have sex with him….

[W]hen he did not get the expected sex, he dialed 911 to register a consumer complaint.

On my last trip to Montreal earlier this year, dancers at both Campus and Taboo proposed exactly this. It was slow and they suggested going to back to my hotel right then; I did not take either of them up on it, but it was clearly a routine thing for them.

At the gaiety the way the system worked was you gave the dancer a decent tip and motioned toward the lounge area. You’d meet up there and make plans for later. The show itself seemed to be mainly advertising the beef.

The Gaiety had a large enough roster of dancers and enough time between each dancer’s stage appearance to allow for private play backstage or at the dancer’s nearby hotel room. Did both. Hotter for me to fuck a boy backstage while the other guys were either onstage or waiting their turn to dance. ?

In my experience, lots of strippers do private work outside the club. It’s simple to pick a guy you are interested in and get a private dance or two. If I like them I just say “Do you ever meet with patrons outside the club?” It’s simple and straightforward and works for me. Some guys say no, that’s ok. I have never had a bad reaction when I asked nicely. I have had some excellent meetings later.

I miss the Gaity. I used to get so turned on watching the dancers.....and then have them flirt with me between dances in the lounge and then going back to their hotel rooms. Some of them were so gorgeous. One guy from Montreal with long silky flowing brown hair....everyone used to crowd around him like he was a movie star...stunning.

As far as I know - the dancers pay to dance at Stock Bar...

If they do, and I doubt it, then they are being exploited in relation to the live online streaming 20:30-03:00 ... the establishment reaps all the monthly viewing charges and the dancers have to stick around for a few scheduled performances even if they get no private dance clients. Moreover, exposing themselves in the public domain. I am pretty sure they trade off any work fees for the entertainment they provide and for use of cubicles.
