Any word on the result of the hearing?

there doesn't seem to be an updated result posted of last Tuesday's parole hearing on the Nevada inmate info page for him......the page says updated today.......he still appears to be in minimum custody near Ely......

Typically; while on Parole- you can’t leave the state as easily...it’s not like they have your ID flagged and you can get jammed going through TSA...but unfortunately if you do get caught; even while not committing a crime...it can be considered a violation of parole. Thus, if he’s returning to it and intends to do it in different states...needs to use fake pics, maybe operate as ‘D.A,’ or something tongue in cheek, or stick to regulars.

I used to vouch for him regularly to people- so I’m kinda split on this. I really liked him as a person; but I think that city eats people and changes them...and some of the people he no showed had spent considerable $ to fly there and get hotels were clients/friends of mine so I feely partly responsible.

Really do hope he turns it around; swear to god if you knew him in Begining he was down to earth soldier boy fresh out of 10th Mtn. Division; tough as nails and grounded.

? for him.

(Shows Edited* this because I spelled ‘hope’, ‘help’ accidentally, final paragraph)

I love that you still remember the good in him, even if he may have disappointed you. You always seem to focus on the good in people. In regards to Derek, I never met him but I wish him the best. Maybe this is a wake-up call for him to turn his life back around while he is still young.

I've been tempted because he's my type, but one of his last responses on Daddys completely turned me off. Referring to clients as "miserables" isn't remotely appealing or attractive.

I hope he's found and finding the help and support he needs to get back to a healthier happier life. The man who wrote that review clear wasn't happy or healthy. Maybe this stint in jail opened his eyes.

This is his second stint in jail so he unfortunately did not learn his lesson.

The fact that he's a party boy & lists PNP in his profile should have been an immediate red flag for you. Let's not forget your first time with an escort, who shall remain nameless. I know he didnt list PNP, but still....

I didn't see the PNP stuff. Thanks for the heads up. I was talking about his look and his background. If I knew he was a partier, then yes that would've been a red flag too.

I wish Derek the best. I knew him before he hit LV. And met him several times when he was in LV. The thing I like most about him is his personality. He can charm anyone? I hope he can put these people skills to good use. I am not saying he does not have his flaws. I wish him the best.

I hope the victim of Derek Atlas's violent crime didn't suffer permanent physical or psychological injuries. I hope their injuries didn't cost them time at work, or their job. I hope Derek Atlas's victim had insurance. I hope they didn't have to go bankrupt, like many facing unexpected medical bills. This must have been hard on the victim's family and friends, too...

Thank you for posting. I appreciated you reminding that there is another half of the equation. Injuries due drive people into bankruptcy much more than people realize. As you note, they deliver a triple whammy of lost income, medical bills and trauma (both physical and psychological) that can disrupt ability to function. Well said.

I agree with @ProGay and @adventurous old guy. I hope the victim(s) of Derek are ok. As someone who was robbed and raped while drugged by my first hire, I know even very well reviewed escorts can be criminals.

No human being is immune to addiction. And all of us will "do things we'd never do" under the influence of various drugs and addictions. I'm not excusing Derek or the guy who assaulted me. I'm simply pointing out that we're all human and we should all be responsible for our actions.

I hope Derek has taken responsibility for his actions and that he won't make the same mistakes again.

Oh my, thanks to you also for sharing your experience, not to mention your sage reflection on it. Can barely imagine what it must have been like to go through that. Though I have a very close person in my life who truly is a good person, who did some really cruel things when on drugs. He's been sober for 11 years, and when I think of the things he did, well it just wasn't the gentle man he is at core. So you're right on there, and I'm super impressed that someone who was drugged, raped and robbed sees that. Bravo.
