I was thinking, I know it’s all about business and everything, but wouldn’t it be feasible for escorts to offer a rewards program similar to the one they used to have at Subway. They would offer their regular clients little cards with their sexy photo on it, and for every hour the client spends with them they would stamp or punch a hole in the card. After 10 paid hours, the client would be entitled to a freebie. The freebie could take the form of a separate appointment, or an extra hour tacked on to an existing one. I can’t imagine any escorts actually trying this, but in the long run it might increase repeat customers, and also give the escort an occasion to reward their best clients.

Are there many clients who want to carry around in their wallet undeniable evidence that they are hiring escorts?

I saw a guy a couple of times a month for about six years. After about 3 months, as we were saying goodbye, I reached into my pocket to pay him, he took my hand, shook his head, and said “this one is on me”. Every so often he would do it again. I always appreciated it (and never expected it), and I’m sure it was one of the reasons I saw him for so long.

As if some people around here don't try to over-commodify escorts already... A punchcard? No bueno. The most successful guys realize that this is a humanity business.

 

Good clients will keep coming back without the need for discounts or limited time offers: If you're a great escort giving 110% during your time together, it's just natural.

Agreed. I have an image of a Sbux like gold card on my iPhone. The escort scans it and we’re off. What a fantasy killer!!!

The idea that either escorts or clients could better track the progress of regular interactions with something like a rewards card (as well as that idea might work for coffee or sandwiches) brings to mind the observation that some know the price of everything but the value of nothing. (I was going to attribute that to the Bourbons, but their flaw was to have forgotten nothing but learnt nothing.)

BTW Some of the Chinese massage parlors in NYC do have punch card reward programs, though they probably don't stay in business or with the same ownership long enough for customers to take advantage of it. I've had less than spectacular experiences at these places the couple of times I tried them but I'm sure there are other forum members who could corroborate this.
