Taken ill last minute seems like they lack any safety protocols. In these times this is very disappointing.  

I'm sorry to hear of your experience at Grandee Spa.  I would definitely report what you endured to the manager.  You did everything right by making an appointment and you were taken advantage of by not only one but two masseurs.  I can understand that Bruce may have taken ill last minute but then why wasn't Allen able to step in and provide you with a proper massage? So much for Grandee's customer service.  I hope you didn't end up paying the full fee.  I would never return.

After all, New Jersey is the 47th state in terms of geographic size and is only 79 miles wide at its widest and 166 miles in length. It doesn't get much smaller.
 

There are some days in the summer that you can drive from one end of Flordia the the other north and south ;faster than you can do it in NJ.  So it is not the length it is the speed.  As it is with many things.

@NYCMascMan2, A few years ago I was at Hero when it was raided by undercover cops. At the time I was getting my massage. There was a knock on the door  and in walks a man who identified himself as a cop. The masseur was asked to go outside and I was told to get dressed and leave. While dressing a cop remained with me. I asked what was going on and he said they were “checking licenses”. The Spa was closed but less than a week later  it reopened. When I returned  one of the masseurs told me they were fined and once paid they could reopen. It had nothing to do with the services they offered. 
There was no domino effect and no one was arrested.
