I'm a client from the UK. I can tell you that the average rate charged by gay escorts in London has risen over the past year from £150 to £200 per hour. You can still find quite a lot of escorts charging £150, but I've found that £200 now is more standard. A lot have rates in between 150 and 200; I've spoken to quite a few who charge 160 or 180.

VG currently charges £130 for an hour on the premises, and £200 for an hour outcall (plus transport costs). So the rates at VG are still cheaper than the average rates charged by independent escorts. 

I should add that quite a few of the 'boys' working at VG also work as independent escorts - for example, Ostin from Russia who @Zippo5mentions, has a profile on RM and Sleepyboy as do a few of the other guys from VG.
