I think this is fairly common especially with maybe escorts that are still kinda getting their careers together or maybe are just in a bit of a slump. We have to remember, we are their income and if they're not making what they need, of course they are going to reach out to us if we've been a regular source of income before.
I think it does warrant a bit of tact especially if you are wanting to meet with him again. I've often said that I am saving up to hire again in the future and I'll reach out when I'm able to meet. Or that I've just gotten back from a big trip and don't have anything currently left to hire. Gives the impression that you're still interested but also that there really isn't any reason to be pushy since you honestly cannot afford to hire. 
Obviously  if he is being aggressively pushy it can come to the point where you don't want to hire him again and then I would just say so. But if it's just in the slightly annoying range, being tactful is the best bet in my opinion.

But seriously you’re running into a problem a lot of us have had at least once. I had one guy that hit me up all the time and it got annoying. Honestly I think I was the one being used for sex but I was the one paying. I had to just tell him I wasn’t interested anymore. Try just telling him you’d rather be the one reaching out. Some providers I’ve seen may send me a text every now and then just to say hello or tell me their travel plans just so they’re on my radar which is ok with me.  Remember this is a business for them and It’s another way they advertise and keep you interested. I feel when most who people visit a major city, they’re usually staying in that city area. Whether it be an Uptown, Downtown, Midtown, or a central familiar neighborhood It’s been done to me a lot when visiting major cities, when they live way way on the outskirts of the city. Some clients don’t wanna come all the way downtown or such, but don’t wanna figure a way to get you to them. Also, in consideration that most people flying in from a another city, usually don’t have a car. Like I’ve said in the beginning most people visiting cities are visiting that city, not the outskirts. I feel that this is completely OK… At least with me it would be OK. I’ve heard many stories where providers and clients are not OK with that.
I offer my stats there upfront in the beginning and will do it here now as well:  
 I’ve never had coronavirus, I’m fully  vaccinated w/ Moderna X2 (as of late April 2021), and boostered with a third full Moderna as of 30/09/2021~ I carry a copy of my vaccination card which shows all three of my vaccines on it. When people have asked to see it, I have showed them without hesitation. I also have that information and other vaccination information on my global health passes. It’s really handy if you’re a traveler~ 
 While traveling, I carry boxes of Abbott Binax Covid antigen tests. There are two tests per box. I test myself every three days as I travel and continue testing for a week upon my return home. I always carry extra tests in case the client is unsure of their own status and wants to take the 15 minutes of unaccounted time to test themselves~ I purchased the kits by the case online through Walgreens. They will deliver it to wherever I happen to be located in a relatively predictable and comfortable speed. I can also pick them up directly from the store~ CVS and Rite Aide also carry them in various cities. Relatively cheap and super easy. 
 I have actually sometimes incorporated covid testing by including it with a Med Fetish scenario~ I tell them that I’m gonna do it and they sign a release. I’ve never had anybody decline. I’ve also kept in very good contact with the people I am seeing and have some understanding of their status, 2020/2021 mask use and social distancing habits.
 What I have found is that my particular Clients really appreciate my efforts to provide a safe situation for them. I both appreciate and respect their reciprocal self care and their consideration for my more vulnerable Clients~
 I find it to be a win-win.
 Some percentage of my Clientele are vulnerable and I do consider them my family and partners. So, I take as much precaution to keep us all safe as possible.
 I tend to lump that entire Client covid conversation into my/their recent STI screening~ I don’t really wanna be guessing about any of it and find out later that something was awry. The result is, all involved are at greater peace of mind where we are in a place emotionally, psychologically, physically to enjoy each other’s company at an optimal potential~ 
Also adding here: my most recent sti screening was 13/10/2021~ No concerns there~  

Yup… I’m all for it… A provider doesn’t have to put anything if they don’t want to but, if they want to it’s there. If you “need” to it’s there. (Sometimes “need” is a real thing).
 I put my stats there in order to allow prospective Clients the information they may want/need to decide whether or not my stats meet their needs/concerns.

However, I'm not sure the HIV question is fair.  I would definitely encourage clients to ask providers individually about their status if they would like to know.  But I feel for those who are positive, aren't comfortable being dismissed out of hand by posting it for the world to see, then either lying or leaving it blank which brings its own problems.  Huh.  Have to think about this one.
My instinct is that "what is your HIV status" is a fair, private, question (even though, yes, people can and do lie), but this feels almost like a strong-arm tactic.  And yet, hyporcritically, I don't feel this way about the COVID status question.
If they are going to ask about HIV, they definitely should have "Yes and undetectable", with a link to what UNDETECTABLE is, as an option.

other than that I also agree that the sites don’t do enough. I’ve been contemplating writing out my complaint on another post from a few months ago. 

I’ve discussed this before, but I think it can be rehearsed once again…simply because I haven’t seen any changes being made since.
This is once again, as it applies to Private pictures. Tonight, I browsed my “email notifications”. Now, back in the days of Men4Rentnow, an email was often a good sign of an interested client: you’d get it directly to your email and it would often include the client’s name, and I think age and City. Usually always a message attached if the person was serious. 
 
Bringing it back to RentMen: all the “email notifications” I received over the past week have all been user profiles (many blank with no pic or info of the person) requesting private pics. Not even asking me personally, but just a random “this user has requested to see your private pics”. Guess how many times I’ve unlocked my private pics in the past month? 0. Non. And it’s even more obvious because I’m not displaying XXX pics publicly right now. 
 
What incentive do I have to unlock my pics for these people? I’ve already had several clients meet me without me unlocking my pics. What’s the reward that I get for unlocking my pics for someone 500 miles away, with no pic, who hasn’t even bothered to acknowledge or utter an existence of interest? It makes no sense. Quite frankly it’s maddening and I have lost motivation or desire to use the platform for communication. I don’t communicate hardly with anyone on RentMen. I simply have an auto reply on the messenger app, and the ones who text can arrange a visit. 
I’ve suggested before: what would REALLY make RentMen (and RentMasseur) better sites would be for them to allow us to earn some kind of credits, whether it’s monetary or in the form of “credits earned” towards our monthly ad fees. Even if clients are paying for the premium membership, if a provider (like me) makes his private pics “fully private”, they aren’t going to be able to access that anyway. 
 
Just like we pay for our ads each month, I think it would be great if clients can pay us for viewing our private pics, similar to the fan’s sites that payout to us after a minimum amount is met. Even if it’s $2-5 per private gallery viewing: considering I have DOZENS of private photo requests, that could easily amount to an extra $100-$500 a month earning. 

Right now, there’s no earning potential for opening private pics or even our video clips, on RentMen. And doing so with the “speculation” that the person will actually become an in person client is fantasy at best, hours of wasted time and free content delivery at worst. I’ve already experimented with asking for donations to view my private gallery, but because RentMen doesn’t normalize and feature it across the site, people often don’t respond or fail to do so. So I just stopped bothering to read or respond to private gallery requests.
Here’s the thing: I’m not trying to be “working” profiles round the clock. I’m busy. I travel, I am with clients, trying to have my hands on multiple things at once. If I stopped and entertained every client who asked me for private pics, that’s minutes turned to hours of trying to squeeze money out of a turnip. Who has time for that? 
 
A paid provider site should not function like Grindr. Those ads should be working FOR us. It’s not. I’m working for the ads, and doing far too much of it. At $80-$100 a month, I shouldn’t have to deal with flakes and BSers who look at my private pics and I get paid nothing. I should be earning every step of the way: when they ask for private gallery: $10. Want to message me on instant messenger? Free once you contribute to unlock the pics.
So RentMen: HELP US OUT. You’ve done great, but we need you to do MORE. Change! Step the game up. Y’all are #1 in the league already right now. There’s no reason we can’t get more from the site. Drop the premium client memberships, make them buy credits that can directly transfer to us. Otherwise, I’m just going to either keep all my XXX pics private, or I’m not going to even bother with using the private gallery.

Not necessarily. Skin tags are fairly common. Sometimes icky things are part of the job. I’d just say “it depends “.
Much worse for me is poor hygiene and lack of preparation. That’s definitely a no go. Those things are entirely within the client’s control so I expect that they attend to them properly otherwise their session will be severely limited. Health conditions that are unsightly but not contra indications for massage are just challenges to overcome.
