A stellar provider wouldn't call out the appearance and performance of a client, even if the client was unsatisfied.  Even if the provider thinks the comment was untrue or unfair, there is a professional and classy way to handle it. 
I didn't look at the pics or location of this provider, but it's an easy pass for me

Perhaps irrelevant but my bet is that he is overstaying his visa.  He has been in the US since the beginning of the year.
