He’s in Atlanta and married now so I scheduled him for my drive down to my Winter home in Florida. I had the appointment scheduled for weeks. He asked if we could reschedule for 2 hours later and I said it was fine. Then he called and asked if I could do the next day. I could not. He said ok. Then texted and asked if I could do 10:30 PM. I agreed. He texted again and asked if there was any way I could meet tomorrow. I said no - I had an appointment I could not reschedule. He agreed to 10:30. Then at 10:00 he asked if he could bring his bodybuilder meal with him, I said that was fine. He arrived at 10:40. We talked while he was shoveling his food in his mouth chewing and talking with his mouth full. At 11:00 ish we moved to the bed. He does have a huge beautiful body but it was clear it was all about him. I gave oral and he came (3 drops) and then at 11:30 he looked at his phone and said great, right on time. By then I was too tired to complain and just wanted him gone so I could go to bed. I think it was the worst experience I had had. If you want muscle worship I think he would be your guy. Beyond that, don’t bother. It’s clearly all about him.

I’m a Realtor. I experience the same thing with clients who at the last minute cancel an appointment. I normally spend 1-2 hours preparing for that appointment and many times they will say, we decided to go with another agent. I say this because it’s just part of being self employed. I don’t explain any of that to the potential client because I may get them back at some point. They really don’t understand the work I do to get prepared for a professional presentation. I mentor lots of new agents and my advice is the same, as a self employed person, you need a minimum of 6 months reserved for times like these. I track my numbers and I know that I have to have 30-40% more appointments because I know some are going to fall apart. Track numbers and you will be able to see that on average, I book this number of clients over time. That way there isn’t as much emotion in it because you will know that the law of averages will work in the long run. You can’t control people (believe me, I’ve tried) you can only control your activities. When someone looks at your profile, do you send a quick note? I have really appreciated that when an escort sends a note and have booked them. Treat it like a business and have a schedule with activities you do every day!! Hope that helps!!

I have scheduled an appointment with an escort. I’m a Realtor and in our text exchange, I told him that was my career. He said he would like to discuss real estate when we meet. If I invite him to have dinner after our session to discuss his questions, am I expecting to pay his hourly rate while we are having dinner?
