In my (ever so humble) opinion you took the wrong approach here, and it got exacerbated by a lack of communication. ? Reading between the lines, you tried to "get the milk for free" when you should have rented the cow! ?
 
It sounds like you wanted more than just a massage and a happy ending. So in your shoes I would have approached him by saying I saw his Rentmen ad and asking for the escort service. You can then add that you would like a 40 minute massage ending with a 20 minute boyfriend experience. ☺ You would be out of pocket a higher fee than just a massage but you are also likely to get to spend the time the way you wanted.

Instagram suggested a profile to me last month and it turned out to be this former masseur, Ethan, whom I had seen two times. It was a new account created to document what would be the last few months in his life, as he was dealing with trying to recover from multiple operations for brain cancer since I had last seen him. Sadly, Ethan passed away last week. RIP ?

OH wait.. his RM profile triggered something. Perhaps he was a big upseller - if you want that then pay this. I also vaguely remember him saying he offered deep and/or therapeutic (as was in his ad) he said no i dont do that or upset.
