As a non-provider, this makes a lot of sense to me. I'm a premium RM client and my profile has info about me and my husband. I would prefer to communicate via the platform, rather than have to text guys who won't recognize my number, etc. But the vast majority of providers tell you NOT to contact them via the website. Now, maybe they get lots of messages from randos, but perhaps RM does or could allow providers to screen only for premium clients which would at least remove some of the fakes.
