There is no harm in sending a text message. As @DynamicUno said just to be safe don't send too detailed of a message in case the number was reassigned. I'd send something like "Hi there. I'm going to be coming to Phoenix and wanted to schedule another appointment if you're available when I am in town." I know what you mean! There is an option to see only visiting providers in a city which show guys like you said either going to be visiting or have the near travel selected to that city. There is no way though to select and see only the guys who have the city set as their home base. When I am doing a search of a big city it'd be nice to weed out all the guys who aren't there and truly see only the guys available.
