RentMen even sends you an email every time someone views your private gallery, so if I see >3 messages saying they've looked at me, I send a general "thank you for looking at my ad, let me know if you have any questions", but my experience has been that some more 'vanilla' clients find my ad to be a little too hardcore, so putting forth the effort to illustrate how approachable I can be has net me a few clients.

Sustained interest, it makes sense to reach out (having viewed your ad several times across a wider timespan), curiosity (a single glance), not so much.

Hi @Jarrod_Uncut I can only imagine the frustration you experience with time wasters. I hate them too because I'm sure they make most escorts grumpy by the time one ask legitimate questions and they just want to get down to business, no chit chat. Which is fair I must admit but being each hiring an investment itself, we clients also want to make sure we are a good match with the provider.
 
Nobody will deny that time wasters exist among us clients and your work would be easier and more satisfying without them but in all fairness we must all recognize that there are time wasters in all lines of business, it's just part of any job I think. Window-shopping exists because not all of us purchase something in every store we visit, and even when we have already picked up a product from the shelf in the supermarket, sometimes we change our minds and put it back or exchange it for another product. I'm not trying to objectify you or diminish the value of your work, just providing some perspective about human behaviour.
 
I believe it's healthy for oneself to take every setback with a grain of salt so we don't let our emotions control us, but we are the ones in control. Think of how letting time wasters affect your mood has an impact on your interaction with the next potential client you talk to. As for Rentmen making clients pay for videos pics and chats, it would certainly cause many clients to drop their memberships and that is something no company would risk especially in these corona times when everyone is trying to bring business back to normal. I would believe that Rentmen has already though of this in the past and they have realized in the pricing policies that clients who are already paying in average 200 to 300 per hiring, wouldn't be happy to pay more for their memberships. That is probably a niche already taken by OnlyFans (I believe you are already there, try to capitalize on that).
 
I think I read you were irritated for the money you invested in ads last week, with little results. I wouldn't be so shocked considering that the economy is experiencing a heavy depression along with unemployment levels not seen in decades. The economy is starting to reactivate but it will take some time. In times of crisis business people tend to become more creative. Don't rely solely on the traditional platforms like Rentmen to promote yourself. I would recommend becoming more active on Social Media. Refresh your ads with new pictures. Provide some sense of novelty to catch new eyes. I've read here that successful escorts use Twitter. See what others escorts are doing and try to imitate and see if over time you see some success, but more important learn to be patient and mindful that if you start to aggressively demand fees and upfront deposits (despite being fair due to the % of time wasters) you are basically scaring potential new clients away.

I would recommend studying the tactics of the guys who are most popular. Building a loyal following takes work, but it obviously pays off. Not a good way to do business, especially in this terrible pandemic time.
 
If a prospective client who asks you questions is "wasting your time" how else do you think a client can determine if there is compatibility with you?

the issue with those sites is that they lift ads from actual “paid” sites, and use it as their own. I used to get annoyed when people said they seen me in friendlyboy.pro. I’m like, I don’t have an ad on friendly pro, wtf you talking about? But then I’d go to the site and see it ?

I think most clients would not be offended if the provider replies with a simple "thank you for viewing my profile and please don't hesitate to contact me" reply just once and see where it goes.

I always try to follow up after someone has viewed my ad thanking them for viewing it. Even if they don't respond at least I reached out.
