If he’s not looking for new clients, as multiple people have stated to you, why should he have to respond to you or anyone he doesn’t want to? He hasn’t advertised for more than 10 years. He hasn’t actively given out his contract info in that same amount of time. He has no control over people finding his contact info or people giving it out (for or against his wishes).
You may not have stated directly that he owes you anything but you sure do act like you think he owes you a response. Again he doesn’t. It would be one thing if he was advertising and didn’t respond but he isn’t advertising. Questioning someone’s decency because they don’t respond to you is ridiculous. Do you respond to telemarketers who call you? Because according to what you’ve stated you have too out of decency.
 I understand you are desperate to meet him but he clearly isn’t interested in meeting new people. He has told people he’s in contact with this.., which they have relayed to you.
I understand your area is lacking what you desire but you can’t worm your way into someone’s life who doesn’t want it. You’ve tried more than a year and no response. That non-response should tell you exactly what others have said… he’s not interested. You refuse to accept the obvious
Your only choice right now is to bring someone in or go somewhere that has people who fit what you desire. If you can’t then maybe Grindr is an option.
I won’t respond to you anymore because you seem to think what you want is more important than what he wants… to be left alone and not see new people. Clearly, what people have told you repeatedly, you just won’t believe or accept.

When I think of beauty or handsomeness in a 'classical' sense I immediately associate that with what I personally consider to be the unrealistic and narrow standards put forward by sculptors working during the Classical period of Ancient Greece, and the copies of Greek sculpture later created by Roman artists.  It's all very mathematical and balanced, but I find these pieces to lack necessary elements that would make them approachable if they were living beings.  To me, this is where beauty and handsomeness diverge from attractiveness.  Not to mention, the classical standard did not include non-Greek races and ethnicities, so this narrowed the definition of classic beauty and handsomeness even further.  Thankfully the standard is not set in stone (pun intended) - and probably for most people, attractiveness is not dependent on some global ideal of physical perfection, but rather, a mix of elements which foster connection and relationship.

I never take my dogs to a dog park, mainly because of the health issues you mentioned. There is a new canine virus going around that is apparently easily spread in a dog park.

I'm not "touring", but I like @Shawn Monroe 's idea of booking an extra full night even if you don't intend to stay that last night......being able to entertain guests clear thru that afternoon and evening, even if you plan to pack up and go somewhere down the road at 6, 8, or10pm, would be one less worry.......
and the 'grievances' you list about hotel policy, @Jarrod_Uncut , are standard operating procedure for most hotels......you suggest, for example, that you don't like to wake up early and are then rushed to pack your several bags minutes before check-out......not the hotel's fault!!.......you may want to inquire (at check-in) if a half-day charge is available with a 4pm or 6pm check-out........
the suggestions to join hotel rewards clubs and/or get a credit card with hotel loyalty perks are good ones......sounds like you already do this to some extent......
and please don't suggest a hotel employee is a "bitch" with whom to go "ape shit"....(I know you didn't say that to her face, I assume).......unprofessional and selfish!
