I am taking medication to alleviate high blood pressure which, I think, has influenced my libido and caused erectile problems.  On top of that, monkey pox is a concern right now because I have not yet been able to get the vaccine.  I am not hiring until I do.
In terms of other pursuits - I have been watching more porn.  Also, I have gotten friendly with a few mega-hot live cam performers out of Colombia.  But it is not the same thing,

Ah, yes. I met him a few years ago when he was going my another name, possibly Serge. As with a few others, I received an underwhelming massage and was offered time to DIY at the end (which I passed on). I would suggest you do not simply occupy yourself with other pursuits, but instead endeavor to counteract the loss.    I've met many men who've lost years of sex after allowing a loss of libido to overwhelm them.  That's sad.
"Fake it till you make it" could put you back on track, in other words focus on the memory of excitement while doing something that used to excite you, and you may be surprised to find out, you're excited!
Sex rocks, don't give up on it.

Yes. I am well aware of how it all works. But thanks. I live in NYC and checked for Covid frequently.

My libido has definitely waned. 
I attribute it to several factors:
my age the provider environment, from my perspective, has become much more intense with upselling and misrepresentations along with last-minute cancellations or no-shows, and skyrocketing price points the pandemic and other transmissibles my resistance to tattoos and piercings, which seem to be everywhere  travel time to/from appointments In my case the old "if you don't use it, you lose it" seems to apply.
I'm quite content with my memories and fantasies for the present.
The funds I'm saving also helps.  🙂

I had a massage scheduled this past Saturday with one of my favorites. He cancelled on Friday morning because the previous Sunday he had been exposed to monkeypox (he was at brunch with and had smooched on a friend who was hospitalized a couple of days later).
As of Friday, my masseur hadn't shown any symptoms, but he didn't want to risk it. Really appreciated that -- he could have seen me, took my money, and not said a word.

The CDC said the smallpox vaccine from 50 years ago may provide "some protection" but I doubt they really know. 
The NY Health Dept response has been a comedy of errors. 
To get back to the original topic I'm pausing massages til I get vaccinated as a precaution.

I used to be able to sign into this site pretty much anywhere since there were no explicit images during sign-in to catch others’ attention. Now, that’s not the case. Sigh.

I'm not petrified, but I wear a seatbelt every time I'm in the car, I lock my doors whether I'm in the house or out, I change the batteries in my smoke detector. Why wouldn't I get vaccinated to hopefully prevent a nasty illness? I get my flu shot, I've had tetanus shots, I plan to get the shingles vaccine soon, had my Covid vaccine & booster. I do these things as precautions. 
(Note: My father died from injuries in an apartment fire. I'm not petrified, but I do have smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher, because I want to be prepared.)
