I tried it and it didn’t work out for me because of one of the possible side effects: diarrhea 😞 I’m someone who plans encounters ahead of time—like way ahead of time—so the 2-1-1 regimen made a lot of sense to me. But alas, I had to rule it out because of that particular side effect.
