  1. It’s a stretch to refer to Lord Ivar Mountbatten as a member of the royal family. He’s a third cousin.
  2. The Rockhard underwear thread is the undisputed best ever posted on this forum. Anyone remember the stolen lube thread posted by Mocha aka Joey Bryant, et al.? That is also an entertaining exchange of bizarreness.
  3. Pretty much sums it up. The makers of Truvada / PrEP.
  4. My first date practice is to meet for coffee in the mid afternoon. It’s a lot more casual and less expensive than going to a restaurant or bar. You can have a real conversation without too much noise or loud music. Also, there’s an easy out if you’re not hitting it off. All you have to do is say you have to leave for another appointment or go to the gym. Sometimes I’ve set the timer on my phone to ping about 45 minutes into a meet up. Then I either excuse myself or extended the conversation.
  5. Very helpful. I’ve gotten cockrings and such through but wasn’t sure about leather gear. Thanks.
  6. It’s the bottom who is in total control anyway. Without a bottom willing to get fucked the tops would be standing around with little to do except jack off. Circle jerk, anyone?
  7. https://www.gaystarnews.com/article/new-york-gay-party-tops/#gs.fAEBGLw The organizer of a private gay sex club in New York City has explained its policy of charging different admission prices for men who identify as ‘tops’ or ‘bottoms’. ‘ANONYMOUS’ is a sex party for guys in Brooklyn. It’s due to return for a second outing on 2 June. The first event took place over the Black Party weekend last month. It is charging $65 entry for bottoms and $25 for tops. Like many such parties in NYC, its existence has been advertised discreetly, with interested customers invited to email the organizer for further details. However, when images of the flyer appeared on social media, some began to comment on its door charges. They questioned the extreme difference in admission price and how the policy could be enforced. Also, what about guys who identify as versatile? Or aren’t into anal sex? Speaking to Gay Star News, ANONYMOUS promoter Luke (who asked not to use his full name) revealed he has been inspired to create the event by an attendee at one of his other parties ‘who is a self-identfied cumdump.’ ‘We need a huge ratio of tops to bottoms’ ‘I knew people were in fact hungry for this type of party,’ said Luke. ‘I actually didn’t create the top and bottom pricing. That was suggested by the same cumdump who suggested the party. ‘The way the party works is that bottoms volunteer as a cumdump. They are placed into position for the entirety of the party and stay there as long as they want.’ He goes on to explain, ‘We wanted to keep the party more manageable for obvious safety reasons. So we used a smaller and therefore more expensive (per capita) space. ‘I’m a big big old bottom, and this has always been a fantasy of mine, but for it to work – and for the experience to be achieved for the cumdump bottoms – we need a huge ratio of tops to bottoms, which means discounting admission for anyone who wants to top. ‘That’s also part of what the bottoms are paying more for – guaranteed high numbers of tops. ‘We do regular check-ins with our bottoms to make sure they are feeling safe’ ‘We are not proctoring anybody’s sexual identity, we’re just asking which role you’ll prefer to play in this particular fantasy experience. ‘If someone is versatile they can play as a top. They just can’t switch over to bottom during the party because the bottoms have already volunteered for a limited number of spots in advance. ‘In terms of policing the event I have staff throughout the space. We do regular check-ins with our bottoms to make sure they are feeling safe, comfortable, taken care of properly and if they need bathroom breaks or to take a time out we can help them do that. ‘We don’t mention vers on the flyer or voyeurs, but certainly both are welcome to come and in my emails to my mailing list, those things are mentioned. ‘I hope this clears up some of the “cumtroversy”. I wish I had a shocking or controversial reason for charging bottoms more, but no, I just wanted to center a party around bottoms who have a gang-bang fantasy, and that means making it easier to attend if you‘re eager to play the complementary role in this scene.’ ‘Makes perfect sense with a little bit of thought’ NYC-based writer Rembrandt Duran was among those to comment on the club’s entry pricing on Twitter, saying he posted it because he found it ‘fucking hilarious’. Duran went viral a couple of months ago on Gay Star News with his own opinion piece arguing that tops enjoy certain privileges that bottoms do not. He told GSN, ‘My immediate reaction to the flyer was the same as anyone would have just at the image and prices, without context or explanation. ‘But with some thought I obviously realized it wasn’t your typical sex party. It’s more a specified fetish sex party specifically to cater bottoms who wanted as many tops as possible. ‘It’s definitely way more hilarious without context but makes perfect sense with a little bit of thought. Definitely worth the money for both parties, I think!’ New York sex scene and sexual health New York City was famed for its gay sex clubs in the late 1970s but many disappeared when AIDS arrived in the 1980s. City authorities closed down many of the more notorious establishments. However, advances in treatment and prevention over the last 20 years have led to a shift in the way many gay and bi men have sex and explore their fantasies. ‘With the effectiveness of PrEP, and the knowledge that someone who is undetectable cannot transmit the virus to their sexual partners, people may be able to explore certain sexual fantasies without any risk of HIV transmission,’ says Matthew Hodson, chief executive of HIV information organization NAM. ‘It remains the case that sex without condoms with multiple partners provides an efficient route for the transmission of a wide range of STIs. In group-sex scenarios, hepatitis C and gonorrhoea can spread rapidly.’ ‘Even if you’re on PrEP, or certain that your sexual partners are undetectable, regular STI screening can ensure that if you have an STI it will be detected and treated, which will reduce the risk of you passing it on to others.’ Health experts recommend sexually active gay men have a sexual health check-up at least once a year. Those with multiple partners should consider a check-up 3-4 times a year, even if they have no symptoms.
  8. Gentlemen, the horse is dead. Please stop beating it. I like banana peppers on my pizza.
  9. @MaxSargent Thanks for posting your perspective and details about the situation. There are always two sides to a story. Still, I don’t fully condone publishing the client information via Twitter. Doing so never seems to turn out well for the provider as evidenced by comments in this thread. The escort just can’t win in these instances. In the end it’s the provider’s reputation that gets tarnished for lack of discretion not the scammer/client.
  10. Ah, let’s not forget to mention Scott Sloan. https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/hes-back.126252/#post-1319053
  11. Thanks! Kudos to you for catching the reference.
  12. Not so sure I place the “age shaving” blame entirely on the escort. Much of the client base focuses on age often seeking “younger” guys. A provider will choose to subtract a few years off his age to remain marketable to what is arguably a very fickle client base. Ageism cuts both was in this business. There are circumstances where the age range gets absolutely absurd. I know of one DC provider who’s only aged three years out of the last fifteen years his ad has been running. I’ve met him at the DC Forum event and he does look younger than his years. I want this magical elixir he’s using to retard the aging process. We’ve had clients rant and rave in this forum about providers over the age of 40 being too old. They can’t believe someone so “old” is in the business. There are several well known and highly regarded providers who are over the age of forty or fifty. These guys are amongst the best and have the experience and client base that makes the younger providers envious. One of my best hires ever was an a guy only one year younger than myself and I’m fifty-five. Clients drive the age issues not the provider. There are clients seeking only younger twinks barely 21 years old. What’s a twenty-seven year old guy who looks way younger to do in this circumstance? List his true chronological age and eliminate half his marketable client base? Oh hell no. He’s going to “shave” six years off his age and claim to be twenty-one. The only time this is problematic is when it’s years later and the twenty-seven year old is now thirty-four but has only aged two years on his profile.( Again, someone get me a vile of that magical elixir. Isabella Rossilini where are you? ) As clients we are often seeking a fantasy, an idealized image of the young handsome athletic male. The providers are the ones making that idealized fantasy possible. In the process if they have to “shave” a few years off their age, so what? Full disclosure. I have hired Aaron Mark. It was in Las Vegas about two years ago. He’s in his middle late thirties, still handsome, and a mediocre experience. I found him on an alternate site and hired him for much less than his listed fee on RM.
  13. I wouldn’t enter into an agreement with anyone involving such a payout from insurance or other investments. But I watch too much of Investigation Discovery. I would advise discussing options with your financial planner. Perhaps you can borrow against the policy value and set up a stipend or something for yourself. Then use that to travel and hire all the guys you desire.
  14. Ryan Rose has always thought very highly of himself. There’s no denying his incredible good looks. But his personality is the polar opposite. He has to be the most conceited model in gay porn. I could barely watch his porn scenes as they were so dull most of the time.
  15. Highly recommend. Met him at Palm Springs last year but didn’t get the chance to hire him. We met at this year’s event and had a great time. Looking forward to to see Alex again soon.
  16. Had this happen some years ago with a then very popular guy from San Francisco. He was in DC and I go to his hotel, knock, no answer. I call get voicemail. Turn around and head to the elevator, my phone rings. Escort apologizes, says he was running an errand and less than five minutes away. Nearly 15 minutes later he shows up with shopping bags. I should not have waited but I did as he hand decent reviews. Well the experience was mediocre at best. Our truncated session got cut even further. He was sharing the room with another well known SFO escort who had a client and they were waiting in the lobby. So we have to finish up and leave so the other escort and client can have their session. The four of us passed in the lobby. Escort and I make quick plans to at least have a drink to extend the time of his company. Escort’s phone rings, his escort roommate says his client wants them both for his session. My escort apologizes and heads upstairs for the session with the other client. I left unfulfilled and pissed to say the least. The escort didn’t even offer to lower his fee. This was in my early days of hiring. I was still learning the client ropes and new to this site. Today, if an escort were not to answer his door I’d be down the elevator and on the way home in milliseconds. You should look on the positive side of this incident. The escort saved you several hundred dollars by no showing. You likely avoided a lousy experience.
  17. I have pretty much the same assessment of that site. The other issue for me, particularly given the heightened government scrutiny relating to so called sex trafficking, is that I don’t want “boy” and “toy” appearing in my browser history.
  18. @VictorPowers I’ll drink to that!! Cheers!! http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c262/cpapa8162/image_zpsctqfjo7u.jpeg
  19. About a year ago I was having dinner with a doctor friend and she listed many of the same items from this list as well. She also listed the problems associated with a gluten free diet. Unless one actually has celiac disease there’s no logical reason to be on a gluten free diet. She views both vegan and non-celiac gluten free diets as cultural fads.
  20. If it’s a pain in the ass you need more lube.
