I'll be in Las Vegas for a business seminar. I might want some company a night or two while I will be there. For me, it's not the sheer number of providers in the area, it's the quality of them. So far, I've seen only one who is what I'd call a "man" who might tickle my fancy. The rest are ordinary or just boys.

I think this could also be due to the feminization of 'men,' that has happened so much in the "community" lately. I am in my early 40's, and back in the day when I was looking on all the covers of the gay rags, masculinity was presented. Now, it's overwhelmingly effeminate men on the cover or this new 'non-binary, they/them' stuff.

AND HEY, you do you, boo boo. If that's you, go for it. However, I have NEVER understood it: WHY be attracted to a man and then choose a man that resembles more of a woman? I am GAY. I like a MAN!

So, all that to say: as the 'BEEFCAKES' age out, the newer guys coming up aren't as masculine/manly as what we used to have.
This is happening in normal society as well. Butch, masculine, manly men are now called TOXIC. Give me a TOXIC man, any day! HA!

You may! I don’t mind that. But it’s the lack of communication that is the problem. What stops someone from communicating that their plans changed? They changed their mind? Who asks for a time and then simply ignores you? I bet your clients don’t say ‘meet us for dinner at 7’ and then not turn up or not tell you where they are eating.

Oh, TOTALLY agree! Communication is KEY!

So it seems to me that all these potential clients either get off on the thrill of discussing the booking, are window shopping or are simply so self absorbed that they don’t consider that I might have other bookings (from people who are able to organise themselves) or that I have to do things like eat, sleep and do life admin.

May I offer a different possibility?

When I am visiting a city for work, I am with clients who most often dictate my time - morning, noon and night. If their plans change on a dime, I have to be available. This happens 99% of the time.

When I inquire about hiring, it ALL depends on my client timeline and what happens with them. I can think I've got 3 hours free and then BAM, things change.

    ... And the casual racism

Bahahahaha. I LOVE it when people from the other side try to call me racist, homophobic, fatphobic and more – some people have made it so that words don't matter anymore. So, I don't care. Terms like these are used now when you disagree with someone. It's the new 'boy who cried wolf' – and I simply have stopped caring.

bingo! this is the whole problem with society and we will have dire circumstances if not hammered out.

if trans people... they are people to me... not men... not women...want to compete in sports they have every right to as such. they can create their own league and compete against each other. why "jump the fence" so to speak and compete against women? anyone against this theory chime in but answer me one question. why arent their any trans ftm's competing against men in their categories? why dont you see a ftm compete in boxing against men, ( they feel and identify as such right? so they in their minds are men) swim against men and powerlift against men? why not? because they will have their newly acquired hairy asses handed to them thats why! people in mainstream society love competition. so if there were some awesome competitions in trans groups competing against each other there would be many many who would watch for the sake of good competition. most wont watch this "jimmied up" mtf crap against women competitions.

so yes it is cheating when a mtf competes against women and wins every category by a mile. why liberals wont accept this and rally for trans groups competing against each OTHER (thats equality folks) is to me only again the need for total acceptance be damned in mainstream society. guess what it aint gonna happen libs and you will set back trans rights accordingly.

china and russia are laughing at us all the way to the bank folks.

    YES! YES! YESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

Let's see how many immediately deny the science -

Although much research has commonly used heterosexual samples, both lab and field studies on romantic partner preferences amongst gay men, consistently highlight a commonplace desire for masculine over feminine traits in potential partners. (Bailey et al., 1997; Clarkson, 2006; Laner & Kamel, 1977; Sanchez & Vilain, 2012; Tayawaditep, 2002). Sanchez and Vilain (2012)

If I wanted to date a woman, I would date a woman! I LIKE MEN, so that's why I like MANLY MEN!

And providers are often lurking in the online dating apps with the link to their RM site ready to go if one doesn’t get the hint in the back and forth on what they’re really there for.

know this is a tactic escorts use but it drives me INSANE! The other night, I was talking to a guy on Grindr. We exchanged photos, talked about 30-40 minutes. I give him my address and he says 'cool, it'll take me about 15-20 to get there. Will you be paying by Venmo/CashApp or cash?'

I told him he was a low-life pos because not ONCE in this entire conversation did he mention he was an escort. He responded 'oh well, now you know.' I blocked him IMMEDIATELY but was concerned because he had my address.

Going to say something controversial. Some gay men ONLY deal with straight men.t

There are alot of gay providers who know this and try to take advantage by misrepresenting themselves. A world renowned chef is likely to buy brand specific ingredients for most of their dishes they make, similarly there is a nuance to straight men I find is just rarely duplicated. Whether its the dumb jock type like Rob Gronkowski or the hypermasculine bad boy type.

When gay men are inquiring with other gay men they need to make sure the other is masculine. You wouldnt go to a sports bar and need to ask that question or anywhere where straight men are known to congregate.

For some the imprinting of their earlier years never goes away. The prize is the captain of the football team or wrestlibg team. Or the badass who hops on their motorcycle after a bar fight. There needs to be something else than it just being a good looking guy. For those not afflicted with that butden they have it easy they can just get aroused by alot more offerings and the others unfortunately just can't

I don't find this controversial at all. In fact, it makes COMPLETE SENSE!!!!

It does still strike me as an odd scene.  The daddy also says the young man is for sale as property, which is a red flag.  If I proceed, I'd need to speak with the young man and not just his handler.

Well, this also could be the provider playing out a roleplay. I used to play with a guy I found on Craigslist – he used to act like he was the DOM DADDY setting up his married boy to play with guys and in all reality, it was the guy himself setting it up.
